Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Manager:in Risk and Compliance to join our team at DB Energie GmbH in Frankfurt (Main).
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective Information Security Management System (ISMS) across various departments of DB Energie GmbH, ensuring successful re-certification.
- Enhance risk and audit management processes in the 2nd Line of Defense and oversee their effective implementation.
- Identify and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities in information-processing assets, leading countermeasures and monitoring their implementation.
- Support audits and reviews in the field of information security and conduct internal and external audits.
- Represent DB Energie GmbH in the DB Cyber Security Community, contributing to the continuous development of our cyber security.
Your Profile:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building and operating an ISMS according to ISO 27001, creating IT security reports and guidelines, and implementing the IT Security Act (IT-SiG).
- Extensive knowledge and relevant experience in information security management, preferably demonstrated through certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
- Familiarity with complex IT operations and the ability to communicate technical knowledge to relevant departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and superiors.
