Product Manager for Technical Plastics

Job Description

As a Product Manager for Technical Plastics at K.D. Feddersen GmbH & Co. KG, you will be responsible for the European product marketing and management of assigned suppliers and their products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain product strategies and market development concepts
  • Price setting of the product portfolio and ensuring revenue targets
  • Ensuring achievement of goals according to the annual plan
  • Maintenance and expansion of supplier relationships
  • Providing Go-To-Market Packages and content for analog and digital marketing channels
  • Development of the project pipeline in collaboration with the Business Development department
  • Continuous market and competition observation
  • Supporting sales and application development in processing customer inquiries related to products
Requirements:
  • Technical degree, preferably in plastics technology with first work experience or business administration degree or industrial management training in the chemical industry with extensive work experience
  • Work experience in product management for technical plastics
  • Independent, self-reliant, and goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation
  • Strong communication skills, goal orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a structured working style
  • Very good spoken and written language skills in German and English, as well as secure handling of MS Office applications and modern information and communication tools
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
