Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Hardware of a large and complex Automotive Cockpit Project
  • Lead a cross-functional team consisting of electrical and mechanical engineering, validation, certification, procurement, and quality teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet project objectives, execute the project to completion, and accomplish hardware deliverables
  • Report the status of hardware and mechanical project deliverables to key stakeholders
  • Prepare and propose measures to mitigate project risks
  • Manage the BOM cost according to business case and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Align technical and commercial program targets with functional departments
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a successful team lead in Hardware, Mechanics, or similar domain
  • Alternatively, 8+ years of experience as a lead program manager for complex systems
  • Technical and methodical knowledge in several areas of Hardware design and Project lead, or in Program and Product Life Cycle Management
  • University degree in engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or appropriate graduation)
  • Broad intercultural experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent technical and commercial English skills
