Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Cyber Security Governance Specialist, der unsere Kunden bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Cyber Sicherheits- und Informationsrisikomanagementsystemen unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Bereiten Sie unsere Kunden auf Bedrohungen und disruptive Veränderungen vor, indem Sie Cyber Sicherheits- und Informationsrisikomanagementsysteme entwickeln und umsetzen.
  • Analysieren Sie die IT- und Compliance-Anforderungen an Financial Services Unternehmen und entwickeln Sie innovative Lösungen, um diese Anforderungen zu erfüllen.
  • Entwickeln Sie Business Continuity und IT Service Continuity Strategien, um den Ausfall von Prozessen durch unerwartet eintretende Ereignisse zu vermeiden.
  • Kooperieren Sie mit Finanzunternehmen und ihren Dienstleistern, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen und Risiken zu minimieren.
  • Arbeiten Sie in einem interdisziplinären Team, um komplexe Probleme zu lösen und früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Benötigte Fähigkeiten
  • Erste Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Themenfelder: xAIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001 und Informationssicherheitsmanagement, Business Continuity Management und IT Service Continuity Management, Dienstleistersteuerung (Third Party Risk Management).
  • Ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten und hohe Motivations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit.
  • Über den Tellerrand hinaus denken und innovative Ideen entwickeln.
  • Motivation, um Zertifikate (bspw. CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, ISO zu vertiefen.
  • Projektmanagementkenntnisse und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Prozessen und deren Zusammenhänge.
  • Theoretische oder Anwenderkenntnisse in gängigen Cyber Security, GRC oder sonstigen Tools (z.B. ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira etc.).
  • Interesse am Einsatz von KI und Möglichkeiten der Verbesserung durch KI.
