We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Logistics Clerk to join our team in Cologne. In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate clients, tracking shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with corporate clients independently.
  • Track shipments and proactively communicate with customers regarding their orders.
  • Process and record orders, particularly within the framework of euro-national procurement logistics.
  • Provide telephone and email support to customers.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to procurement logistics.
Your Profile:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
  • An independent, structured, and goal-oriented work approach.
  • A strong service mindset and customer orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Good German language skills.
