Unlock your potential in a dynamic and innovative environment at GULP – experts united. We're seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team in Munich, working closely with BMW to drive excellence in automotive production.

About the Role

  • Contribute to error analysis and troubleshooting in a highly automated environment, proposing short-term measures to ensure sustainability and production capability.
  • Develop and refine processes to support small series production in Plant 0 and the TS network, preparing new projects and utilizing BMW's value-added-oriented production system (WPS) as a guideline.
  • Establish standards for problem-solving process results to ensure their use in the electromobility production network and ensure the sustainability of implemented measures.
  • Optimize processes in ongoing operations, technologies in existing production systems, and promote added value and achieve the optimum operating point in your area of responsibility.
  • Support your production area on site, with a focus on ramping up energy module series lines in the TS network.

About You

  • Hold a technician degree and possess at least three years of professional experience in production, with a strong understanding of production technology, including electromobility.
  • Have experience as a production specialist or methodologist in production, ideally in an automated production area.
  • Be familiar with BMW work organization and WPS methods.
  • Have in-depth IT knowledge in data analysis and statistics, with application experience in data mining or AI methods.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, and a high level of analytical competence and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in business-level German and English.
