Visual Designer for Climate Tech

Tree FlexCo is seeking a talented and passionate Junior Designer to contribute to our mission of protecting forests through innovative climate technology.

As a Junior Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our products and website. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to bring cutting-edge ideas to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, on-brand designs for both web and product interfaces.
  • Create both high-fidelity and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers throughout the design process.
  • Participate in user research sessions and contribute to product discovery initiatives.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and templates that align with our brand identity.

Your Profile:

  • You are a highly motivated individual eager to learn and expand your design skills.
  • You possess proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.
  • You have 2+ years of experience working within a product company or digital agency environment.
  • You demonstrate a genuine passion for design and a knack for finding creative solutions.
  • You are familiar with design systems and their implementation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
