Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Overview:

As a pivotal member of our finance team, you will oversee comprehensive asset and corporate financial management. Your role will involve:
  • In-depth management of asset and corporate financial oversight
  • Designing and refining financial controlling processes
  • Ensuring accountability for both corporate and operational cash flows
  • Conducting liquidity forecasting and management
  • Leading budget formulation and oversight
  • Maintaining and enhancing our financial databases
  • Generating insightful financial reports
  • Coordinating the management of accounts receivable and payable

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a relevant degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in finance
  • Expertise in database management (MS Access) and proficiency in PowerBI
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel
  • A solid understanding of the real estate sector
  • Practical knowledge and experience in accounting practices
  • A commitment to reliability, teamwork, and dedication
