Educational Support Staff (m/f/d)

Employment Type: 520€ basis

Target Group: GT/VÖ; Ages 3-6

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, executing, and assessing educational initiatives and programs
• Assisting and encouraging children while considering their unique interests and circumstances
• Engaging in informal discussions, parent and developmental meetings, and parent evenings
• Participating in team discussions, training sessions, and supervision meetings
• Contributing to the planning and organization of events and celebrations
• Actively participating in the implementation of the institution's Catholic ethos

Qualifications and Expectations:

• Completion of training as an educator, social pedagogue, nursery teacher, or a comparable qualification as per §7 KiTaG
• Strong pedagogical expertise and the capability to address the needs of children and families effectively
• Dependable and adept at managing challenging situations
• Alignment with the objectives, values, and mission of the Catholic institution
