About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized product recommendations to clients based on their individual skin types and concerns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and product launches to effectively communicate with clients
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and product launches
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent required
