As a Pentester/Cyber Security Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting penetration tests, reverse engineering, web and mobile application security assessments, or maturity assessments to identify and evaluate security vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our clients' systems
- Implementing realistic attack scenarios
- Presenting results and potential improvement measures to clients
- Providing individual consulting services to our clients on IT security topics, from security architecture to incident response
You have a strong interest in cyber security, follow the latest developments, are familiar with CTFs beyond computer games, and prefer your command line over your mouse. Combined with fundamental values like reliability and honesty, we're a good fit. Additionally, you bring:
- A degree in computer science or comparable education and practical experience
- In-depth knowledge of IT security and technical expertise, such as through a specialization in IT security
- At least some experience or practice in common methods of offensive security, such as man-in-the-middle attacks, SQL injection, vulnerability scanners, reverse engineering, etc.
- Experience with Linux and Windows systems, IP networking, and the use of VMs and containers
- Analytical thinking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to quickly and independently learn new topics
- A professional demeanor combined with good communication skills
- Excellent proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)

Your New Work Location - HamburgHamburg is the second-largest city in Germany, located near the Elbe River in northern Germany. The city is known for its large port. In the southeastern part of the Hamburg's old town, the Kontorhausviertel can be found, where Kontorhäuser in the style of Brick Expressionism and other modern styles of the early 20th century can be visited. Nearby is also the Speicherstadt, the world's largest historic warehouse complex, which is now part of the HafenCity in the Hamburg-Mitte district. The HafenCity is completely surrounded by river and canal waterways and has a total area of 2.2 square kilometers. Hamburg's top attraction is the Elbphilharmonie, the world-famous concert hall. Hamburg offers a wide range of cultural activities with many art galleries and other leisure activities.
