Retail Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge to guide customers through their shopping experience.
- Accurately measure and fit customers with the right New Balance products to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and sales to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of items to maintain a high level of customer trust.
- Implement security measures to protect products and prevent loss.
- Adhere to safety regulations and promptly report any incidents to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years to meet legal requirements.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for helping people to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment to support colleagues and drive sales growth.
- Familiarity with cash register operations to efficiently process transactions.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer demands.
- Physical requirements include lifting, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and more to meet the demands of the role.
