Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Ernsting's family GmbH & Co. KG.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of sales, including operating a cash register, maintaining store displays, presenting merchandise, managing promotions, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Independently oversee the store during your shift, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Utilize our store's technology, including tablets, to access product information, check availability, and stay up-to-date on store operations.
• Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age with previous work experience, preferably in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Passionate about fashion and committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexible and able to work within our store hours (Monday to Saturday).
