Position: REFA Analyst (m/f/d) in Time Management
Location: Werk Weißenhorn

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting and documenting time studies in accordance with REFA standards.
• Developing databases and establishing standard time elements for the calculation of standard times.
• Identifying controllable and uncontrollable time segments, including rest and distribution times, as well as process and standard times.
• Evaluating performance metrics.
• Designing and executing production processes to ensure economic efficiency.
• Performing feasibility analyses to assess various operational methods.
• Collaborating on workflow optimization.
• Updating master data within SAP work plans and PSIS.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a mechanical engineering or REFA technician, or a degree in a relevant technical field such as industrial engineering.
• Experience in project management is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of REFA methodologies (minimum REFA basic certificate).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of SAP PP is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and a professional demeanor.
