About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at build a rocket GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing international projects, acting as an operational all-rounder, monitoring and ensuring quality, using your organizational talent, and incorporating your own innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage (international) projects, ensuring that all information flows and the budget framework is met.
  • Act as an operational all-rounder, close to the customer, defining priorities and developing strategies in cooperation with your team lead.
  • Monitor and ensure quality, knowing our quality standards and reporting your steps and successes to your supervisor.
  • Use your organizational talent to manage processes in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Incorporate your own innovative ideas, analyzing and evaluating products, customers, and campaigns.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project/stakeholder management, preferably experience in managing projects for bigger clients.
  • Ability to work internationally with different colleagues and clients.
  • Organizer, moderator, coach, firefighter - you feel comfortable in the various roles that exist in project management.
  • Proven experience in using project management tools and very good communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming and esports industry.
  • Team player, who enjoys collaborating with different teams and customers on different levels.
  • Fluency in German and English.
