Performance Tracking Coordinator

Tracking Project Manager (all genders)

JAKALA Germany GmbH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tracking Project Manager. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on data-driven insights and possess a strong grasp of intricate tracking methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with your team to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that render our objectives measurable and attainable.
  • Design tracking frameworks and perform data evaluations to extract profound insights into our operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and enhance reports and dashboards that visually represent our progress.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of technical integration protocols.
  • Assess new business needs and evaluate their technical viability.
  • Effectively communicate tracking integrations to stakeholders across various departments to guarantee the success of features and campaigns.
  • Spot opportunities for enhancement and execute strategies to improve our processes and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of pertinent experience in a digital agency, startup, or comparable setting.
  • In-depth experience with tracking technology integration and digital product development.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into technical integration guidelines.
  • Proficient in agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • A strong affinity for analytics and a passion for collaborating within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
