We are seeking a highly skilled Machinist (m/w/d) to join our team at Pollmeier Massivholz. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machining centers and other precision machinery.

• CNC Machining: Operate and maintain CNC machining centers, including programming and setup of machines.
• Tooling and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, as well as develop and implement tooling solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.

• Education: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (Schwerpunkt Frästechnik), Maschinenbaumechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Experience: Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Heidenhain CNC-Steuerung für Mehrachs-Fräsbearbeitung und CAD/CAM.
• Skills: Sichere Umgang mit Messwerkzeugen und Erfahrungen im Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen.
