Position: Electrical Project Supervisor

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities (site supervision) while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders on construction sites (serving as the liaison between the client and project manager), facilitating the construction process in conjunction with project management, clients, and designers.
  • Lead the on-site project team, managing personnel, materials, and scheduling effectively on the construction site.
  • Prepare measurements and maintain revision and documentation records.
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., electrician for energy and building technology, electrical installer, or similar) with several years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in electrical installation and building technology.
  • Proven experience in managing and organizing construction sites for industrial and commercial clients, along with leading smaller teams.
  • High level of customer service orientation, independence, adaptability, and commitment.
