Senior Business Analyst: SAP FS-CD

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in SAP FS-CD, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing account services through customization and development of the SAP FS-CD module. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing user requirements and prioritizing them effectively to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and enhance the SAP FS-CD module to improve account services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and prioritize user requirements for the SAP system.
  • Develop user stories and conceptual solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Implement technical solutions and provide support during testing phases.
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Owner and various departments to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in financial processes, IT systems, payment processing, and business analysis.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
