Laser Applications Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lasermaterialbearbeitung mit Schwerpunkt Laserschweißen und Laserauftragsschweißen (Laser Metal Deposition / LMD)
  • Mitarbeit in unserem innovativen Fokusprojekt zum Laserbeschichten von Bremsscheiben mittels High Speed Laser Metal Deposition
  • Auftragsvorbereitung in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden, Vorrichtungsdefinition und Vorrichtungsaufbau sowie Prozessentwicklung
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbauteilen mit unterschiedlichen Maschinentypen, Entwicklung von Bearbeitungsstrategien und kundengerechten Lösungen sowie die Auswertung und Optimierung von Bearbeitungsergebnissen
  • Interpretation von Versuchsergebnissen sowie Erstellung von Versuchsberichten und Präsentationen vor den Kunden
  • Anwendung neuer Sensoriken und Diagnose-Tools (ggfs. inkl. KI)
  • Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung komplexer Lasermaterialbearbeitungsprozesse, auch bei Kunden vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
  • Produktvorführung und Anwendungsberatung im Laserapplikationszentrum (LAC) und auf internationalen Messen

Was wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Lasermaterialbearbeitung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Maschinenbedienung und 3D Programmierung von Vorteil
  • Interesse an der Anwendung neuster Lasertechnologien
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
