About the Role
This exciting opportunity will allow you to further your career in a leading company within the test, measurement and data analytics industry. As a strong contributor, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from various business functions, living up to HBK's three values: Be True, Own It, and Aim High.
The Position
You will be part of HBK's Corporate Strategy and M&A team, where you will actively contribute to key projects, such as formulating long-term strategy, exploring and executing on M&A opportunities, reviewing market potentials, and more. This role offers an exciting and varied experience, allowing you to develop your knowledge, competences, and skill set.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare internal and external presentations and decision materials for senior management.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information from internal and external sources, translating it into clear insights.
- Build business cases and assess new strategic opportunities for HBK.
- Assist in the preparation of company valuations for M&A purposes, including financial modeling.
- Support due diligence processes on an ad-hoc basis.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, with a commercial mindset and top-tier results. Prior experience in strategy or M&A roles is a plus. You should have a high attention to detail, natural ability to communicate with stakeholders, and a proactive and ambitious approach to your work and career.
What We Offer
HBK provides a flexible work environment, with a workload of approximately 15-20 hours per week and flexibility during peak periods. We will also provide flexibility around your exam periods.
