We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Cashier Associate to enhance our customer experience on a part-time schedule, contributing 120 hours monthly. This role is initially offered on a temporary basis.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, assist, and bid farewell to customers with a positive attitude
• Accurately manage cash transactions while ensuring the security of merchandise
• Facilitate services including parcel collection, equipment rentals, and online booking processes
• Address customer concerns, manage returns, and oversee warranty claims
• Respond to inquiries and redirect customers as necessary
• Keep the cashier area organized and visually appealing, while restocking items as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service environments
• Enjoyment in engaging with customers and adeptness in problem-solving
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with inventory control systems is advantageous
