We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our Corporate Strategy division.

Your Responsibilities

The Facility Management team at MULTIVAC transcends traditional maintenance roles, engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration driven by the increasing digitalization and automation of our facilities. Our team integrates technical, infrastructural, and commercial expertise to ensure the efficient operation of our properties. Our facility managers and technicians are skilled professionals equipped with modern knowledge in energy efficiency, conservation, and digital monitoring. We provide support in various areas including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, minor repairs, and more.

  • Manage visitor registrations and oversee parking operations.
  • Communicate effectively through internal channels and liaise with service providers.
  • Handle requests for supplies, manage orders, incoming goods, and invoices.
  • Expand your responsibilities to include planning and organizing internal relocations, distributing furniture, and overseeing external service providers.
  • Create, maintain, and organize files, lists, documents, and storage.

Your Profile

  • You possess a completed commercial training and have strong MS Office skills.
  • Experience with SAP for order creation and invoice verification is preferred.
  • You demonstrate assertiveness, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Your profile is complemented by an independent work style, a strong sense of responsibility, and basic knowledge of English.
