Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our core team. The ideal candidate will excel in a startup environment, prioritize tasks independently, and be comfortable with calculated risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and department leaders
  • Closing new business and install base sales at or above quota on a monthly cadence
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
  • Run online and in-person product demonstrations to showcase our AI capabilities
  • Answer complex contract requirements for Corporate customers, working closely with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably in a SaaS software company
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in a complex selling environment
  • Proven track record of presenting and pitching to C-level executives on business change
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Goal-oriented with a history of overachieving on monthly and annual targets
  • Excellent customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience
  • Ability to assess customer needs and build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn continuously about our software development lifecycle
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions
