We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, including national and international shipments
• Plan and execute daily transportation schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Manage and maintain relationships with customers and drivers, providing exceptional customer service
• Prepare and process transportation documents, including bills of lading and delivery receipts
• Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including transportation and logistics standards

• Completed commercial education as a freight forwarder or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP and logistics systems an asset
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
