About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Health Coach to join our German team at Eucalyptus. As a Health Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our patients towards their health-related goals and outcomes.

Your primary responsibility will be managing the communications process and engagement for our patients, end to end, via community management, group and individual patient communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general advice and coaching for engagement in group and individual communications, including nutrition and movement advice, behavioral changes, and meal plans.
  • Manage patient community and moderate online discussions to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Triage, respond to, and escalate communications from patients to other functions in the German and Global teams.
  • Direct patient queries and feedback to the relevant internal channel.
  • Report to a Operations and Strategy Lead and be an active team player.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team, international operations team, and delivery partners to ensure our patients receive a high quality of support and care.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of industry experience in nutrition counseling and/or health coaching, preferably in digital health or obesity and diabetes treatment.
  • Naturally empathetic, reliable, caring, and strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized, independent, and able to work well in a team.
  • Confident with technology and enthusiastic about a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about driving change in patient care.
  • Fluent in German language.
  • Good command of English (bonus points if you speak other European languages).
  • Registered with the German Nutrition Society (Dietitiens) and/or the German Nutrition Society (Nutritionists) is a plus.
  • Scientific degree is highly appreciated.
