Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter für eine unbefristete Anstellung in unserem internationalen Team bei Page Personnel.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Erfassen, bearbeiten und prüfen Sie alle entgeltrelevanten Lohn- und Gehaltsdaten für die Mitarbeiter eines definierten Standorts unter Anwendung von verschiedenen Tarifverträgen, Betriebsvereinbarungen, gesetzlichen Regelungen sowie die Erstellung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung.
  • Bearbeiten Sie termingerechte interne sowie externe Anfragen inklusive der Erstellung von Bescheinigungen für Behörden (Krankenkassen, Arbeitsämter, Finanzämter, Gemeinden usw.) und Berichten.
  • Erfassen, bearbeiten und prüfen Sie Sachverhalte zu Direktversicherungen, Pensionskassen und Dienstwagenverträgen sowie von Pfändungen, samt dazu gehörigem Schriftverkehr.
  • Als Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, HR Business Partner und Führungskräfte bei allen Fragen zu Entgeltabrechnungsthemen.
  • Testarbeiten im Rahmen von Systemanpassungen innerhalb des Abrechnungssystems.
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industriekaufmann / Steuerfachangestellter), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter oder vergleichbar.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung / Entgelt / Payroll.
  • Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP.
