Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead, Operations (m/w/d) / Teamleiter (m/w/d) Lagerlogistik to join our team at DSV Stuttgart GmbH & Co. KG (Road) in Weilerswist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Oversee the daily activities of the team, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant education and experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
