Überblick

Wir suchen einen Requirements Engineer, der sich auf die Erhebung, Analyse und Umsetzung von Anforderungen in IT-Systemen und Services spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil unseres Teams sein und gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden die Basis für die Realisierung von komplexen, sicherheitskritischen Lösungen im militärischen und behördlichen Umfeld schaffen.

Aufgaben
  • Arbeiten mit unseren Kunden an der Erhebung qualitativ hochwertiger Anforderungen mit.
  • Übersetzen dieser Anforderungen in die Architektur von IT-Systemen und Services.
  • Kommunizieren mit Stakeholdern und moderieren Workshops.
  • Erstellen und pflegen Anforderungsbestände sowie Auswertungen, selbstverständlich digital (auch) in Requirements Management Systemen.
  • Sicherstellen der Gültigkeit und Qualität der Anforderungen während der Realisierungsphase und bei Änderungen.
  • Tragen zur Konzeption und Ausbau der vorhandenen Requirements Management Systeme und Methodik bei.
  • Beraten unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Anforderungsprozessen und Werkzeugen.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Arbeiten mit Kunden, stehst dem Kunden mit einem offenen Mindset, als neutraler Partner motivierend zur Seite.
  • Verstehen es, auch komplexe Sachverhalte angepasst an Dein Gegenüber vorzustellen und verständlich auszudrücken.
  • Wenden kreative Methoden und Techniken bei der Erhebung der Anforderungen an.
  • Bringen Erfahrung bei Entwurf und Fortschreibung von Informationsmodellen und deren Interoperabilität mit und kennst Dich mit einschlägigen Tools und Austauschformaten im Requirements Management aus.
  • Denken analytisch, bist strukturiert, arbeitest selbstständig und gewissenhaft und bist ein wahrer Teamplayer.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift.
  • Verfügst über die notwendige Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
