Position Overview:

As a Project Lead for Infrastructure Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing national projects focused on railway infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of project management activities, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct national projects pertaining to railway infrastructure.
  • Manage and report on project costs, schedules, construction activities, and quality assurance.
  • Deliver comprehensive project management services throughout the planning and execution phases.
  • Engage in stakeholder management and coordinate the efforts of project participants.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients in areas of risk and change management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management within the railway sector.
  • Skilled in managing engineering and construction contracts.
  • Proficient in the use of standard software tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project).
  • Possess a structured, independent, and goal-oriented work approach, complemented by strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and a commitment to teamwork, responsibility, and assertiveness.
  • Fluent in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is advantageous.
