Cybersecurity Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Account Manager to join our team at BlueVoyant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our high-velocity business relationships with Microsoft SMC Segment and strategic resellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Microsoft SMC Operating Unit and field sales teams to drive joint revenue growth and acquire new customers.
- Amplify our security co-sell messaging to Microsoft Sales leadership and facilitate relationship building between field sales teams.
- Work with the SMC team to develop joint pipeline and leverage existing relationships to build new go-to-market opportunities.
- Develop measurable business plans to define partnership goals and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Microsoft stakeholders to execute pipeline and sales success.
- Collaborate with BlueVoyant sales leadership and field teams to develop joint selling and demand generation activities.
- Work closely with BlueVoyant marketing to leverage resources (collateral, presentations, events, emails, webinars) to support joint initiatives with assigned partners.
- Prepare and present regular partnership status updates and sales results for executive leaders and program stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Expert understanding of Microsoft's SMC Segment, field sales org structure, and seller agenda.
- Recent and relevant experience as a Microsoft seller or role with partner co-selling with Microsoft.
- +4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Cybersecurity Sales, or related fields.
- Experience supporting the enablement and growth of a channel partner sales team to articulate and position the value of our solutions.
- Experience with MDR platforms, SIEM, 3rd Party Risk, and Threat Intelligence solutions a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and M365 suite of security solutions a plus.
- Deep background in security technologies and managed security solutions.
- Ability to work in close collaboration with the BlueVoyant product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to support partnership and internal business needs.
