Key Responsibilities:- Set up and prepare production workflows
- Process and season a variety of grill products
- Portion and prepare steaks and promotional cuts
- Package and label finished goods
- Follow HACCP standards diligently
- Maintain cleanliness in the production environment
- Candidates with relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn
- Commitment to hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace
- Enjoyment of teamwork in a close-knit setting
- Proficiency in German, minimum B1 level
- Thoughtful and careful approach to tasks
