Join the Voets Gruppe as a key member of our team at the Braunschweig location. With a strong passion for the automotive industry, you will be responsible for scheduling customer appointments and providing exceptional customer service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule customer appointments in our system to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Handle and process customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling to meet customer needs
  • Prepare orders and qualify service appointments to ensure efficient service delivery
YOUR PROFILE
  • Completed commercial and/or technical apprenticeship, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Certification as a Service Assistant (m/f/d) is a plus
  • Experience in automotive service appointment scheduling is desirable
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Team player, reliable, and service-oriented
