Wir suchen Unterstützung für unser SAP Team.

Bei dbh hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Interessen und Fähigkeiten einzubringen. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden gehören wir zu den führenden Anbietern von Logistiksoftware. Das SAP Team ist verantwortlich für die SAP Plug-Ins unserer Fachprodukte im Bereich Zoll- und Außenhandel. Durch moderne Technologien gewährleistet das Team eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen den SAP-Systemen unserer Kunden und den dbh Fachprodukten und begleitet unsere Kunden während des gesamten Projektablaufs.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Kundenprojekten von der Auftragsklärung bis zur Implementierung unserer SAP-Lösungen
  • Analyse der IT-bezogenen Anforderungen unserer Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Kundenberatung zur Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse basierend auf unseren SAP-Softwarelösungen
  • Erstellung von Konzepten für unsere Logistikprojekte und Erarbeitung von Lösungsmöglichkeiten, einschließlich der Angebotskalkulation und Präsentation beim Kunden
  • Anpassungen und Customizing auf den SAP-Systemen unserer Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam
  • Projektmanagement in agiler Arbeitsweise in enger Kooperation mit verschiedenen Teams
  • Selbständige Durchführung von Schulungen für unsere Produkte
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Außenwirtschaft / Zoll
  • Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise als Keyuser in den Logistikmodulen
  • Erfahrung als (Teil-)Projektleiter, bevorzugt in der Durchführung von Softwareentwicklungs- oder Softwareeinführungsprojekten
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Austausch mit Team und Kunden, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
