What to Expect
  • Takeover of the secure operation of one of our customer systems, including improvement and automation of the connected environments
  • Interface to the DevOps team, our customers, and the 1st and 2nd level support service providers
  • Maintenance and monitoring of IT system architectures and cloud platforms for our customers, for example, with Kibana, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch
  • Takeover of 24/7 on-call duty
  • Creation of runbooks for standardized error correction
  • Establishment of a comprehensive application management, individual and customer-oriented IT support, and the determination of performance data and error analyses
  • Control and monitoring of application requirements, framework conditions, and progress
What You Should Bring
  • Completed studies in business informatics or a related field, or completed training in the IT sector with relevant work experience
  • Relevant experience in IT infrastructure and initial knowledge in IT service and/or DevOps
  • Knowledge in the development and analysis of monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, DataDog, Kibana, etc.)
  • Initial experience in project management; preferably in agile software development
  • Communication skills and structured work
  • Efficient, result-oriented work style and a strong service and customer orientation
  • Initial cloud experience (AWS and Azure) is an advantage
  • Very good German and good English skills
