Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for implementing corporate goals and objectives in the areas of quality, occupational safety, energy and resource efficiency, and environmental protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Policy Deployment at the location
- Implement corporate goals in the areas of quality, occupational safety, energy and resource efficiency, and environmental protection at the location
- Develop, collect, and report suitable KPIs
- Conduct metric dialogues with all stakeholders and work on measures/recommendations for optimization
- Identify cost saving potentials and realize them
- Review warehouse processes from a LEAN management perspective, identify improvement potentials, and implement them
- Participate in cross-location projects in Germany
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or business administration studies (preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration) or equivalent qualification
- Approximately one to three years of work experience
- Knowledge of project management
- Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
- Good German and English language skills in both written and spoken form
