About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Quality strategy and Policies among our Division organization, focusing on Customer needs, supporting plants on managing Quality System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality strategy and Policies
  • Support plants on managing Quality System
  • Coordinate and lead quality audits in manufacturing environment
  • Manage KPIs and ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality or process engineering role within a multinational industrial setting
  • Strong background in Six Sigma methodology and quality tools
  • Proven experience in coordinating and leading quality audits
  • Expertise in ISO standards (ISO 9001, IATF)
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
