Sales Controlling Manager

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through analysis of market trends and development of strategic financial plans.
  • Own and maintain financial models and act as trusted business partner to our senior management, regional commercial teams and other finance functions.
  • Consult commercial teams in designing commercial proposals and alignment of contracts with global standards to maximize returns and minimize financial risk exposure.
  • Lead areas on the financial planning & reporting processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally on commercial and financial projects with Sales, Finance, IT and Operations, our global businesses, and other internal and external partners.
  • Create valuable insights for our senior management and local teams by monitoring volume, price and mix impacts.

We Expect:

  • University degree in business administration or comparable.
  • Several years of experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Controlling, or in a comparable analytical finance-driven role.
  • Prior experience in CAPEX-driven / pooling businesses, or data analytics is a plus.
  • Deep skills in Microsoft Excel and understanding of financials and financial modelling.
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language desired.
