Compensation Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Assistant to join our Human Resources team at Falken Tyre Europe GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the monthly payroll process for Germany and Europe, working closely with external service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the monthly payroll process for Germany and Europe, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with the administration and reconciliation of company pension plans and other benefits
- Document and maintain records of payroll-related activities
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in payroll administration
- Basic knowledge of social security and tax laws is an asset
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel
- Self-motivated and systematic approach to work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A motivated team in a modern work environment
- 13th month salary
