We are a dynamic logistics company, Cichon Personalmanagement, seeking a reliable and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Specialist.
Your Profile:- You possess excellent communication skills and can express yourself confidently in the German language.
- You have a valid Class C1 driver's license and a 7.5-tonne truck driving permit.
- You are flexible and able to work between 10:00 AM and 22:00 PM, with prior arrangement.
- You have a strong work ethic and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- You take pride in your appearance and maintain a professional image.
- You will be responsible for the safe loading and unloading of small trucks (7.5 tonnes).
- You will deliver customer orders using small trucks to designated pick-up stations.
- You will ensure that customer orders are properly stored in the pick-up stations.
- You will maintain and clean the pick-up stations as needed.
- You will drive exclusively daytime routes within the Ruhr region.
- You will have the opportunity to work in a long-term, planned position with the option for permanent employment.
- You will receive additional benefits, including holiday and Christmas bonuses (up to €400 per year, depending on your tenure), as well as pension contributions after a successful probationary period.
- You will have a 30-day annual leave entitlement, dependent on your length of service.
- You will receive a fixed hourly wage of €17.
