Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of drinking water-related appliances, including water filtration and treatment technologies.
- Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies for the European market, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Engineering Leadership: Lead local and/or overseas engineering teams to design and develop new products, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Customer Insights: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product technical requirements, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust or develop product technical strategies, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape and anticipate competitor moves to inform product development and market positioning.
- Compliance and Certification: Lead or facilitate product compliance and certification processes, ensuring seamless market entry and regulatory compliance.
- Commercialization: Support commercialization efforts, including new customer onboarding, trainings, and other events, to drive business growth.
- External Collaboration: Drive external R&D collaboration to explore disruptive product innovation opportunities, enhancing our product portfolio and market competitiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent related experience.
- Experience: 7+ years' technical experience in drinking water-related appliance industry, with 3+ years' experience in product management or equivalent.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional, cross-cultural teams in an inclusive, results-oriented manner, with knowledge of EU relevant regulatory environment and competitive landscape of Europe.
- Language: Proficient in English, with proficiency in other European languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, etc. preferred.
