About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our bakery team at nah & gut Friedebold. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the baking process, and handling product transactions at the counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Independently manage the baking process, including enhancing dough and presenting products.
- Handle product transactions at the counter, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
