Position Overview:

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy and IT enterprise architecture for enercity AG.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive IT target development plans and transformation strategies to enhance and adapt the IT landscape in collaboration with solution architects.
  • Coordinate architecture specifications and standards within the team, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Create decision-making templates that include implementation recommendations for technology investments aligned with the IT target development plan.
  • Collaborate with various IT departments to ensure that the IT system architecture fulfills both company requirements and IT security standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for specialized departments regarding IT needs and participate in critical strategic implementation projects.
  • Utilize innovative approaches to advise departments on integrating cutting-edge applications and digital trends into the architecture, ensuring the technical feasibility of new requirements.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a related IT field.

Several years of professional experience as an architect, IT consultant, developer, or technical project manager in complex IT environments is essential.

Fluency in both German and English is required.
