About the Program

As a Trainee in our Global IT&D Management & Steering department, you will have the chance to work on various projects, including portfolio management, concept development, and IT modeling. You will learn to create, prepare, and optimize reports, KPIs, and reviews, and contribute to the realization of local and global IT projects.

What You'll Gain

Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you should have a strong interest in IT, digitalization, and transformation processes, coupled with any work experience. You should also have a bachelor's or master's degree specializing in business informatics, management, data science, computer science, IT, or a related field of study.
