Wir suchen einen Rechtsreferendar, der sich für die vielfältigen Aufgaben der Rechts- und Compliance-Beratung in einem internationalen Konzern begeistert. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die Chance haben, sich mit den rechtlichen Möglichkeiten und wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen auseinanderzusetzen.

Aufgaben
  • Umfassende Unterstützung des Konzernbereichs bei der kompetenten Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Fach- und Führungskräfte
  • Mitarbeit in anspruchsvollen Projekten in den Rechtsfeldern Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht, Wettbewerbs-, Marken- und Urheberrecht, IT-Recht, Recht der Digitalisierung und Datenrecht, Kartellrecht, Exportkontrollrecht und Korruptionsprävention, Menschenrechte und Umweltschutzpflichten gemäß LkSG, Versicherungs- und Schadensrecht
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Rechtsgutachten und Vermerken zu im Konzern aktuell auftretenden Fragestellungen
  • Selbständige Vertragsprüfung und Vertragsgestaltung sowie ggf. Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Vorbereitung von und Teilnahme an Beratungsgesprächen mit internen Mandant*innen
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Rechts- und Compliance-Prozessen
Qualifikationen
  • Erstes juristisches Staatsexamen mit Prädikat absolviert
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit für vielfältige und abwechslungsreiche rechtliche Fragestellungen
  • Eigeninitiative und eine selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, international und interkulturell zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
