Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate with Representation Function to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales, implementing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
