Job Title: Stadium Groundskeeper

The Alte Försterei Veranstaltungs GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of the 1. FC Union Berlin e. V., responsible for the operation, maintenance, and care of the stadium and its surrounding areas. Over 300 events are held here annually, including home games.

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Stadium Groundskeeper.

• Maintaining the grass on training fields and in the stadium, including mowing, watering, and fertilizing.
• Preparing for match days, including field marking and setup.
• Operating, adjusting, and maintaining lawn care machinery and equipment.

• Completed training or degree in landscape gardening or a related field.
• Certification as a groundskeeper or greenkeeper is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliability and motivation to perform.
