Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites to install and set up state-of-the-art scientific instruments, ensuring they're ready to deliver accurate and reliable results.
  • Provide expert support to customers, whether it's diagnosing an issue remotely or providing on-site assistance.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and calibrations to ensure instruments are always operating at peak performance.

Requirements:

  • You hold a degree in engineering or have relevant technical training, with a strong background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

  • You love getting your hands dirty, working with intricate machinery, and making things work.
  • You're comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-experts, with professional proficiency in both German and English.
