Senior Physician in Psychosomatic Medicine

We are seeking a Senior Physician for our esteemed Clinic specializing in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy in Donaueschingen.
This role is available for immediate or earliest possible commencement in a full-time or part-time capacity (minimum 80%) as part of our succession planning.
The Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy is a premier institution with 24 beds, dedicated to the acute inpatient and consultative treatment of psychosomatic-psychiatric patients within the Schwarzwald-Baar Clinic framework. We maintain a collaborative relationship with Vinzenz von Paul Hospital, which focuses on Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, and Neurology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychodynamic therapy in both individual and group formats
- Implementing creative non-verbal experiential therapies, including art and body therapy
- Providing inpatient trauma therapy utilizing psychodynamic-imaginative techniques and EMDR
- Applying disorder-specific behavioral therapeutic strategies
- Employing a systemic approach that includes family and couple sessions
- Engaging in the consultative care of patients at Schwarzwald-Baar Clinic
- Medical specialization in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
- A strong passion and commitment to the field
