Productivity Leader

Join Schneider Electric GmbH as a Productivity Leader in Regensburg and take on a challenging role that will drive business growth and improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading change initiatives and optimizing our supply chain to ensure the competitiveness of our main ranges.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Productivity Projects and Workshops to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify new components and suppliers, ensuring the highest quality and best value for our customers.
- Support the Procurement team in achieving their projects and targets, facilitating discussions with R&D team members and ensuring seamless communication.
- Organize and conduct tests with local laboratories to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Change of Suppliers (COS) and Qualified Value Engineering (QVE) projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Engineering degree in Industrial domain or Master's degree in Purchasing.
- 1-3 years of experience in Procurement in a big industrial company, with experience in project management a plus.
- Fluent English language skills, with German a plus.
- Leadership skills to manage stakeholders and establish networks.
- Change Management skills to drive change and lead the execution of new ideas.
- Technical and Quality appetite to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
